Reportedly, Punjab Assembly member Yasir Humayun shoved journalists protesting for not being allowed to enter. In several video clips viral on social media, the former provincial minister is seen pushing journalists.

They were protesting against the restrictions on journalists in the Punjab Assembly.

Federal Minister Shafqat Mehmood wanted to hold a media talk, but the mic was taken away from him. The Press Gallery, a representative body of journalists covering the Punjab Assembly, has announced that the protest will continue till the ban on entry of reporters is lifted."
