On July 09, Irfan ul Huq from Samaa TV was hassled and intervened in reporting by the security guard of former National Assembly member and member of Pakistan People's Party in Banking Court Karachi when they were covering the Talpur’s case hearing. Speaking to PPF, a reporter from Suno News Ayaz Brohi said that on July 9, at 9 am he and some other reporters from different TV channels went to the Banking Court in Karachi to cover the Faryal Talpur’s case hearing. He said that, Talpur was witnessed in the court without any security protocol however when he entered the courtroom, some men calling themselves the guards of Talpur, obstructed TV reporters from reporting and intervened in their professional work. Brohi said that there was no security from the court nor any order of the judge to halt reporting in the case, therefore the reporters argued for their right to peaceful work. He said that the so-called security locked the courtroom door and assumed the place.
