"Local reporter of Dharti TV Abdul Rahman from Sangarh was threatened by a political member of the Pakistan People’s Party Farman Chandio for posting news against him on his Facebook profile, Farman threatened Chandio in which he said that he would kill Rahman if he would not stop publishing such news. Chandio threatened Rahman on August 21 via video. FIR has not been registered in this regard. On August 23, Abdul Rahman shared that on August 21, a prominent member of PPP Farman Chandio gave life threats to Rahman for posting news against him and asked Rahman to delete his post. “I did not register a case against Chandio as I am aware that he has strong enough connections to kill me, I have just posted news regarding the corruption of DC regarding the government jobs” Rahman added.
