"On August 15, 2022 Anchor and YouTubers Imran Riaz Khan on Monday revealed that he has been stopped from going on air on his show on Express News. In an Urdu language statement issued on Twitter, Imran Riaz said, “When I went to Express News office to do my show I was told, ‘we are sorry we cannot to let you go on air’. The anchor said when he asked whether he allowed something wrong to air on his show he was told that it was not the case. Imran Riaz Khan was fired from Samaa News in April when he spoke in favor of former Prime Minister Imran Khan after he was ousted through a no-confidence motion. The anchor has more than three million subscribers on YouTube."
